When printing a mail-merge letter from WiredContact, your browser may automatically add extra content like the date, time, page number, and website URL to the top or bottom of the page. This is controlled by your browser's print settings.
To ensure your printed letter looks professional, follow the steps below to disable headers and footers in your browser.
Press Ctrl + P to open the print dialog.
Click More settings.
Locate the checkbox labeled Headers and footers.
Uncheck this box to remove the extra content.
Click Print when ready.
Press Ctrl + P to open the print preview.
Click More settings to expand advanced options.
Find and uncheck the Headers and footers checkbox.
Click Print to proceed.
These settings must be adjusted each time you print, as most browsers do not save them by default.
WiredContact cannot override browser print settings, so this must be handled manually.
