WiredContact Campaign Manager Newsletter Editor

🧩 How to Build Email Templates in WiredContact’s Campaign Manager

This article walks you through preparing and editing email templates using the built-in HTML editor (Innova Studio) inside WiredContact’s Campaign Manager.

🔧 Before You Begin: Prepare Your Image Assets

We cannot provide support for desktop publishing products or 3rd party email editors like Dream Weaver or SeaMonkey.

If your designer created a full layout in Illustrator, it must be sliced into smaller image files—one for each clickable section.

What to export:

  • header.png – Top banner (600px wide)

  • tile1.jpg, tile2.jpg, tile3.jpg – Product or service images

  • cta_footer.png – Call-to-action/footer button

  • fb.png, x.png, ig.png, li.png – Social icons

  • Sample file attached.

🎨 Use this hex color picker for table background or border colors.

🚫 Avoid:

  • Uploading a single image with embedded links (image maps aren’t supported)

  • Converting Word docs into HTML (they break formatting)

  • Go to: Newsletters > HTML newsletters > Create New
