This article walks you through preparing and editing email templates using the built-in HTML editor (Innova Studio) inside WiredContact’s Campaign Manager.
If your designer created a full layout in Illustrator, it must be sliced into smaller image files—one for each clickable section.
What to export:
header.png
– Top banner (600px wide)
tile1.jpg
, tile2.jpg
, tile3.jpg
– Product or service images
cta_footer.png
– Call-to-action/footer button
fb.png
, x.png
, ig.png
, li.png
– Social icons
Sample file attached.
🎨 Use this hex color picker for table background or border colors.
🚫 Avoid:
Uploading a single image with embedded links (image maps aren’t supported)
Converting Word docs into HTML (they break formatting)
Go to: Newsletters > HTML newsletters > Create New
This opens the blank Innova Studio editor
Enter a Subject line
The Body is where you’ll add your table and images
Click the yellow Image icon in the toolbar
Use the Upload button to add new images
Set width, height, and link (if needed)
Click Insert
Click the Table icon
Choose the structure (e.g., 3 columns for 3 products)
Adjust spacing, alignment, and padding
Place your image files in each cell
To save time, you can start with our ready-made HTML layout.
Click the HTML tab in the editor, paste this in, and replace the placeholders with your own content:
