SMTP Relay Settings for Microsoft Office for Act! Advantage
In order for to use Office 365 to notify you of new appointments using the Act! Advantage online scheduling tool, you need to have SMTP Authentication activated for the user's mailbox. This security setting may be turned off by default, and you need to activate this setting.
